Bubba Sawyer was taken from his family's house in Texas after outsiders broke in and a passing trucker killed his brother. Bubba's Chainsaw sweeps through a whole group rather than a single target, and Barbecue & Chilli points him at whoever ran the furthest.

Adiris was abandoned at the Temple of Purgation in Babylon as a child and rose to serve it, cutting off her own toe as an offering when the sickness came anyway. Vile Purge infects survivors and the fountains they cleanse at, and Corrupt Intervention blocks the far generators at the start.

Elliot Spencer opened the Lament Configuration and came back as something that no longer tells pain from pleasure. Summons of Pain sends chains through walls, and the box keeps resurfacing on the map for survivors to deal with themselves.

Haddie Kaur lost her parents in a car crash in rural Quebec and now records a podcast on the paranormal; she documented the residual memories left in the Dorea Institute. Residual Manifest blinds the killer and reveals what he leaves behind, and Inner Focus tells her when someone goes down.

Ellen Ripley was the Nostromo's warrant officer, the one who tried to hold quarantine when the creature came aboard, and who put it out of an airlock herself. Chemical Trap rigs a pallet, and Light-Footed silences her running when it matters.

Badham Preschool sits in the Springwood realm, and its boiler room is the one that runs through most of the A Nightmare on Elm Street films. An altar downstairs holds a child's drawing of a kid standing next to a crying adult.
