The Nemesis
Nemesis T-Type is a T-103 Tyrant carrying the NE-α parasite, sent into Raccoon City to hunt down every surviving S.T.A.R.S. member, Jill Valentine included. T-Virus whips survivors from range and infects them, seeding the map with zombies, while Lethal Pursuer shows him where everyone started.

The Knight
Tarhos Kovács was enslaved and trained by the Guardia Compagnia under Kadir Hakam, and later locked Vittorio Toscano in the dungeons of Portoscuro to get at the Lapis Paradisus. His power sends that same company after you one guard at a time, and Nowhere to Hide exposes anyone lingering near a kicked generator.

The Trapper
Evan MacMillan enforced his father Archie's will over the MacMillan Estate, and led more than a hundred of the family's workers into the tunnels before sealing them in with explosives. He works the same ground now with the Bear Trap, and teaches Brutal Strength to anyone who thinks a pallet will hold.

Orela Rose is a Chicago paramedic who lost her friend Emily to an electrocution in a haunted house the two of them built, and who later pulled the billionaire Jon Kingsley out of a car wreck. He funded her horror restaurant, Screams in the Dark, and Do No Harm and Rapid Response are simply the job.

Groaning Storehouse
Groaning Storehouse is what is left of the MacMillan warehouse, on the eastern edge of the MacMillan Estate, and the lore has it crying out with the anguish of the incinerated labourers. It first arrived as a surprise reward during the game's first anniversary.
