The Houndmaster

Portia Maye lost her father to the pirate Tariq, and served his head to Mad Molak at the feast that followed. She hunts with her dog Snug, and Scent of Blood sends him out ahead to run a survivor down and hold them until she arrives.

The Spirit

Rin Yamaoka's father killed her mother with a katana and then turned on her, stabbing her repeatedly and putting her through a glass partition. Yamaoka's Haunting splits her into something you can only hear, and Hex: Haunted Ground waits for someone to cleanse the wrong totem.

The Executioner

The Executioner is Silent Hill's judgement made physical, a duty rather than a person, and it went to rest once the town had no more use for it. Rites of Judgement carves trails into the ground and sends survivors to cages instead of hooks, and Forced Penance punishes anyone taking a hit for a friend.

Shelter Woods

Shelter Woods is the MacMillan Estate forest, built around a hunting camp where luxury and brutality sit in the same room. The camp is the Skull Merchant's mobile base, and the ancient Twisted Tree that used to be the landmark was moved to make space for it.
