The Dark Lord

Vlad Tepes chased the Crimson Stone to cheat death after losing the woman he loved, and sealed his own soul inside it; Trevor Belmont put him down in 1476 with the Vampire Killer. Vampiric Shift moves him between vampire, wolf and bat forms, each with its own way of ending a chase.

The Dredge

The Dredge came out of The Fold, a 1960s island commune whose leader Otto Stamper sacrificed a journalist on a wooden stage and set off the massacre that followed. Reign of Darkness lets it teleport between lockers and drop the whole map into night, and Darkness Revealed reads every locker at once.

The Plague

Adiris was abandoned at the Temple of Purgation in Babylon as a child and rose to serve it, cutting off her own toe as an offering when the sickness came anyway. Vile Purge infects survivors and the fountains they cleanse at, and Corrupt Intervention blocks the far generators at the start.

Fractured Cowshed (Dead by Daylight map)

Fractured Cowshed

Fractured Cowshed is the barn the Thompsons built on Coldwind Farm for sick livestock, abandoned once toxic mould got into it. The bricked-off room where the Hillbilly's parents kept him is part of the same building.
