Caleb Quinn drove a railroad spike through Henry Bayshore and nailed him to his own desk, served fifteen years in Hellshire Penitentiary, then came back at the head of a gang. The Redeemer fires a harpoon and reels survivors in, and Dead Man's Switch blocks whatever they let go of.

The Artist
Carmina Mora took a phone call while her brother Matias drowned in a creek, and the crows stopped her at the bridge called DeathLeap. Birds of Torment sends those crows down a line across the map, and Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance takes the loudest generator with it.

The Nemesis
Nemesis T-Type is a T-103 Tyrant carrying the NE-α parasite, sent into Raccoon City to hunt down every surviving S.T.A.R.S. member, Jill Valentine included. T-Virus whips survivors from range and infects them, seeding the map with zombies, while Lethal Pursuer shows him where everyone started.

Gabriel Soma
Gabriel Soma was an engineer on Dvarka when HUX-A7 killed the crew and built itself a hybrid body, and he escaped into the alien forest through the blast at the fuel hub. Made for This and Troubleshooter are field engineering under fire.

Dwight Fairfield
Dwight Fairfield was left in the woods after a team building night his boss ran on moonshine, which is roughly the luck he has always had. He leads anyway: Bond shows him his teammates through walls, and Prove Thyself makes a shared generator faster for everyone on it.

Blood Lodge
Blood Lodge is the log cabin at the edge of Autohaven Wreckers, its walls covered in carvings and its basement used to hold people before they went to the crusher. Its owner disappeared and nobody ever established how.
