Ji-woon Hak left the group NO SPIN for a solo career, and killed the Mightee One Entertainment board on his own stage with nitrous oxide and time. Showstopper throws blades in bursts that stack into a laceration, and Starstruck exposes anyone standing near him while he carries.

The Hag

Lisa Sherwood was held in a flooded swamp cellar by cannibals who tortured their prisoners, and she pulled free of her shackles to daub ritual symbols in blood on the floor. Those marks became the Blackened Catalyst, and her totems still carry Hex: Ruin and Hex: Devour Hope.

William Afton killed children at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza while wearing the Spring Bonnie suit, and died inside it when the springlocks snapped shut on him. Fazbear's Fright is what came back out of that costume.

Sanctum of Wrath

Sanctum of Wrath is a Hachiman shrine left to the weather, which the Entity transplanted onto the Yamaoka Estate as a piece of work on Kazan, who once destroyed the statue on its roof in a rage. The Jizō Bosatsu statues around it face the player.
