The Executioner
The Executioner is Silent Hill's judgement made physical, a duty rather than a person, and it went to rest once the town had no more use for it. Rites of Judgement carves trails into the ground and sends survivors to cages instead of hooks, and Forced Penance punishes anyone taking a hit for a friend.

The Huntress
Anna was still a child when an elk killed her mother during a hunt in the Russian forest, and she grew up taking girls from the villages nearby, none of whom survived the winter. Hunting Hatchets cross a whole loop, and Hex: Huntress Lullaby turns her humming into a penalty.

The Dark Lord
Vlad Tepes chased the Crimson Stone to cheat death after losing the woman he loved, and sealed his own soul inside it; Trevor Belmont put him down in 1476 with the Vampire Killer. Vampiric Shift moves him between vampire, wolf and bat forms, each with its own way of ending a chase.

Yui Kimura founded the Sakura 7 gang after fighting off a stalker with a knife, and became the youngest woman to win the All-Japan Moto Championship. Any Means Necessary picks dropped pallets back up, and Lucky Break hides her blood.

Cheryl Mason
Cheryl Mason grew up as Heather, buried her adoptive father Harry Mason, and was volunteering at a crisis line when a call came through with static and Claudia's voice inside it. Soul Guard and Repressed Alliance are what Silent Hill taught her.

Family Residence is the Yamaoka Estate house in Kagawa, patched up with cheap mouldy materials by a father working himself past exhaustion over university fees and hospital bills. The repairs failed, and something older woke up.
