The First
Henry Creel killed his mother and sister with his mind, and an organisation faked his death and studied him alongside other children with psionic abilities. His power, Test Subject #001, is named for that file, and Hex: Hive Mind binds the survivors to one another.

The Shape
Michael Myers was six years old in 1963 when he killed his sister Judith, and he was locked away at Smith's Grove Sanitarium until the day he walked out of it. Evil Within grows the longer he watches you, which is why Save the Best for Last rewards him for holding back.

The Plague
Adiris was abandoned at the Temple of Purgation in Babylon as a child and rose to serve it, cutting off her own toe as an offering when the sickness came anyway. Vile Purge infects survivors and the fountains they cleanse at, and Corrupt Intervention blocks the far generators at the start.

Nicolas Cage
Nicolas Cage read a script called Descend Beyond, flew to a Pacific island for it, and was walked by armed guards to the director Pauline Stamper at an ancient temple, where the scene turned out to be a ritual. Dramaturgy rolls the dice on his next move, and Plot Twist lets him go down on purpose.

Dwight Fairfield
Dwight Fairfield was left in the woods after a team building night his boss ran on moonshine, which is roughly the luck he has always had. He leads anyway: Bond shows him his teammates through walls, and Prove Thyself makes a shared generator faster for everyone on it.

Treatment Theatre
Treatment Theatre is the research building of Léry's Memorial Institute, and the first indoor map Dead by Daylight ever added. The Doctor's face shows up on the screens in the treatment room.
